I'm Juna Jung, a product designer based in Toronto.
As a designer I believe in solving problems with intuitive, analytical thinking and meaningful design.
I’m Juna Jung, a UX/UI designer based in Toronto, specializing in web-based applications and user-centered digital experiences.
I focus on designing and implementing intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces. My work bridges UX design and front-end execution, often using HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress to bring concepts into functional products.
I began my UX journey at Toronto BioScience, where I transitioned from graphic design into UX/UI design. There, I conducted user research and redesigned responsive web platforms, improving usability and engagement through data-driven decisions.
Since then, I’ve worked across both in-house and client-based environments, delivering web and UX solutions for healthcare, nonprofit, and small business sectors.
I currently lead UX/UI design for Artistry Community, a nonprofit digital platform supporting Canadian artists. I designed the platform end-to-end—from user flows and structure to interface design—collaborating on implementation and continuously improving the user experience.
In addition to my design work, I teach website creation using WordPress at Toronto Public Library, helping non-technical users build and manage their own web platforms.
